1. Sketchings and hopes

DISCLAIMER: These are NOT my original designs. These designs were based on designs I had seen in magazines, NOT my own designs.

This was something that I wanted my dress to look like. Short and sweet. Made of tweed to give in a beige-ish tone with a tweed like material, kind of tough but at the same time prim looking. Sort of like the 50s or 60s style type of material? (I’m not real good with time periods) and then back has one of those peek-a-boo back, with a diamond. I saw a couple with that kind of back but doesn’t have the right design in the front. It is a little past the shoulders, but I wouldn’t call them sleeves neither would I call it sleeveless, almost like a tunic type shoulder. If that makes sense. The perfect one would have pockets and I would pair them with my black heels and perhaps a simple long charm necklace, a couple of simple bracelets (almost like bangles but not quite) and a shoulder purse. Something like this Chanel one:

This one is actually a messenger, so I would assume the chain would be longer but I DID see a Chanel side bag on someone that I had really liked, but I can’t seem to find it now.

Actually now thinking, I don’t think I would pair it with a long necklace, just bracelets and maybe a big, unique ring, black heels and the side bag (with chains).

Now, after reading, I realized the whole chain on bag business started with Coc Chanel. Thank goodness for this lady!
